The program takes place with senior managers by getting consensus and aligning together the main directions of the company towards its goals.

The stages of the program are:

– Blue Sky creation (translating vision to breakthrough objectives)
– X Matrix creation (connecting strategic initiatives with Blue Sky)
– KPI’s definition and target setting (linking business KPI to ROCE/ROS tree, setting targets and confirming impact)
– VSM and BPS (creating current and target state, analyzing short-term objectives, and developing potential improvement projects)
– Tactical Implementation Plan (creating detailed action plan to achieve KPI targets)
