Coach
Drive and improve results by leveraging lean tools, consulting skills, and change management process and take primary responsibility for implementation of lean initiatives within manufacturing plants / shops and their associated value streams.
- KEY COMPETENCES:
- Work stream execution (scope; timelines; manage customer expectations etc.)
- Technical competence (approaches; “know-how; lean methodology, tools, and approaches)
- Coaching skills (“know-how”/knowledge transfer; work with resistance; persuasion; flexibility)
- Training skills (up to Train the Trainer level)
- Communication (written and verbal timely updates; proper communication channels etc.)
- Discipline (adherence to standards, etc.)
- Team working skills
Industry expert
Possess deep knowledge and extended experience in a specific industry such as Metals&Mining, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, etc. Combine that with excellent consulting and advisory skills.
