Target group: Companies wishing to develop internal competences (change agents) within their own Lean transformation projects.
People involved: Those persons in the organization chosen to carry out projects involving process improvement and the implementation of standards for processes and work practices.
Program details: This program lasts 1 year and consists in 2 categories of activities taking place at the same time:
40 days of training resulting in the understanding and learning of Lean tools and principles.
Development and implementation (under the supervision of a coach) of 4 projects targeting the improvement of processes and work standards with the client organization.
Results: Sustainability and cost efficiency. Development of internal competences regarding continuous improvement. The projects are structured to generate savings and reduce the waste identified during the diagnosis stage. Employees will be more prepared as change agents.
