Programme details: The Programme takes place with senior managers by getting consensus and aligning together the main directions of the company towards its goals. The stages of the programme are:
Blue Sky creation (translating vision to breakthrough objectives)
X Matrix creation (connecting strategic initiatives with Blue Sky)
KPI’s definition and target setting (linking business KPI to ROCE/ROS tree, setting targets and confirming impact)
VSM and BPS (creating current and target state, analysing short-term objectives, and developing potential improvement projects)
Tactical Implementation Plan (creating detailed action plan to achieve KPI targets)
Results: Improvement of the business results, ensuring management buy in and consensus, developing ownership sense, cascading objectives across all levels, reducing conflicts and aligning short-term initiatives and strategic targets.
