Gert has over 30 years experience in major Operations transformations, from Strategy through Execution to sustainability. This includes designing tailored Operating/Business Systems, Manufacturing Footprint and Supply Chain optimisation, New Product/Service Development and Introduction, Lean Leadership Coaching and Capability development, Digitalisation and Industry 4.0, in Blue Chip organizations worldwide.
Michael has been a corporate accountant for over 40 years. He was an Auditor and Accountant with British Airways for 20 years, auditing and supporting their subsidiaries in UK, Europe and Worldwide. He later worked with an Airline security firm, a MBO London Transport Bus Operator, a housing investment and management company, before he joined Lean Coaching as their Financial Controller in 2009. He was appointed Finance Director for all Lean Coaching Group of companies, based in UK and US in 2015.
Pavel has more than 15 years international experience in Europe, Asia, Latin America in practical implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM/WCM in building business/production systems, delivering cultural and operational transformation projects in various industries, including FMCG, Food production, Pharma, Metals&Mining and functions, including Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, HR. Pavel holds master degree of Oxford University in Strategy and Innovation.
Neil Wilson is a professional consultant with extensive business management and operational excellence experience. Lead significant major projects including greenfield and brown field facility builds / retools, manufacturing relocations and NPI’s. Project lead for a global automotive response team to restructure manufacturing operations across UK, Europe, India with targets of productivity increase and major cost reduction. Supported a $1BN re-engineering project to introduce 6 new truck platforms, with focus to capital expense, scoping, program management for engine/press and assembly.
Vanderlei has over 25 years experience in Lean systems and Operations Management in industries and services businesses, he is a seasoned Executive and has been working on turnaround, operational excellence, strategic planning, team building and Greenfield projects through Lean philosophy application. As a consultant he has also worked in multiple industries on change management projects.
Rolando is a professional consultant with over 10 years’ experience specializing in assessment, design, implementation and controlling of CI projects, initiatives & interventions. He has broad experience in large/international scope CIP projects: Operational excellence (TPS, SFM), Preventative Maintenance (TPM), Quality Management (Lean-Six Sigma, TQM), Supply Chain Management (Bottleneck management), HR (Change Management). Has been a manager of mixed task forces (internal and external) for the accomplishment of project targets and goals. Experienced in Automotive sector, Solar power, as well as electronics.
Oleksiy has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience. Leading our office in Ukraine, he has successfully completed dozens of corporate and operational transformations that delivered sustained value, as well as improved culture and decision making for clients. He has extensive experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma toolkit, unlocking value in capital projects and setting up for success the business improvement teams. His clients include leading companies in energy, metals and mining, automotive, chemicals and plastics, airlines, media, and consumer goods. Oleksiy supported clients across the globe in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
