Lean Coaching closes operations in Russia due to Russian invasion in Ukraine.

Due to the Russian invasion in Ukraine and subsequent events, following our values and the example of professional firms, like our Global Partner McKinsey & Company, we, Lean Coaching, after 12 years business have decided to cease trading in Russian Federation and close down our local entity there, Lean Coaching OOO with the office in Tatarstan Republic.​​

All the current contractual obligations in Russia, will be completed by LC OOO as planned by the end of the month/March. In parallel, we are ramping up efforts in Ukraine, in support of our LC Kyiv Office and colleagues still there, attempting to put our resources and know-how to good use.  ​​

Apart from above, Lean Coaching Group continues operations from offices in London (UK), covering Europe, Middle East (anything outside RF) – Dearborn (US) covering Canada, Mexico and Brazil covering South America. We are fully committed to our existing projects.​
