Lean Expert Training

This program lasts 1 year and consist in 2 categories of activities taking place at the same time:


The stages of the program are:

    • 40 days of training resulting in the understanding and learning of Lean tools and principals
    • Development and implementation (under the supervision of a coach) of 4 projects targeting the improvement of processes and work standards with the client organization

    • Target Group

    Any company wishing to develop internal competences (change agents) within their own Lean transformation projects

    People Invovled

    Those persons in the organization chosen to carry out projects involving process improvement and the implementation of standards for processes and work practices

    Results

    Sustainability and cost efficiency. Development of internal competences regarding continuous improvement. The projects are structured to generate savings and reduce the waste identified during the diagnosis stage. Employees will be more prepared as change agents
