Lean Coaching Europe participated in the Smart Factory Expo 2022 in Liverpool, UK and represented the Partners in the McKinsey Digital Capability Centre / Lean Experience Factory, United Manufacturing Hub and IPS-Engineering.

Thanks to the invitation from our business partner MAS Optimisation we participated in the 2-day event and explored the digital solutions across few actual topics such as Leadership & Strategy, Digital Transformation, Automation & Robotics, Industrial Data & AI, IIOT & Connectivity, Innovation.

Lean Coaching shared the experience at the event in helping clients build a ‘smart’ transition via changing mindset toward digitalisation across the elements of the Digital Development Model.
