UMMC is a Russian mining and metallurgical holding, the largest producer of copper, zinc, coal and precious metals in the country. In addition, UMMC enterprises produce lead, selenium, tellurium, copper and nickel vitriol, and other types of by-products.

- Trained personnel (internal experts): 150 development engineers, 120 engineers, about 20 top-level managers. 0.7 ideas per person with 40% unique authors (significant increase in engagement compared to previous 0.2 ideas)
- 1500 issues raised by the employees through the means of Problem-Solving boards are solved (across 7 sites)
